We welcomed new and returning ACCESS interns to the start of their first term on August 28th. We are excited for the year ahead. Our ACCESS interns will join the local Police Department on September 15th to help organise and plan for Journée de la Police on September 16th. This experience will give our interns an insight into the daily activities undertaken by the Police. There is a lot of excitement at the office in preparation for this event.. We have some opportunities for volunteers to be a part of our team. Join us here.

We love fashion! We have an amazing experience for our social skills groups and ACCESS interns this September. The team from Ralph Lauren are delivering specialized workshops in fashion design to our children and adults. We look forward to sharing their creations in our next newsletter.

Children with ADHD may have difficulties with integrating within the school environment. Some children have challenges with focus during class time, making/keeping friends, behavior regulation, amongst other difficulties. We are thrilled to have the support of Foundation TDHA in-sight to expand on our PBS program which focuses on the meaningful inclusion of children experiencing such difficulties. Within this program, we offer training for teaching teams on integrating children with ADHD into the classroom. We also offer individual integration plans for children who would benefit from more personalised plans to support their inclusion. Contact us directly to find out more.
