and media consumption in general, your child relationships with peers…
How to connect with your child and why is connection so important?
The workshop welcomes around 10-12 parents of children of all ages. Couples are encouraged
to come together. In a safe and non-judgmental environment where everybody feels
comfortable to share and expose themselves in front of the group, we will explore together how to serve our kids best by meeting the demands of the outside world and at the same time to take care
of ourselves. We will all learn from each other using different examples yet each of us as a
parent will be able to relate to some well-known aspects of different situations.
- To address parents´ questions and problems and discuss them together
- To focus on how parents can regulate their emotions in the challenging moments
- To focus on how to coach, not to control our children
- To introduce a variety of exercises and resources for parents to empower them in dealing with everyday challenges and with the kids
