Henri Moser

Board Member

After working for a Private Bank in Hong Kong, Henri is now a partner in a real estate firm with a very strong anchorage in Geneva. He joined the Board of ASK in 2024 to help the association with his experience in management and strengthen its ties with the local community and businesses.

Elaine Curry

Board Member

Elaine has been a dedicated Board member of ASK since 2008, bringing extensive experience and passion to her role. Her journey with ASK began in 2003 when her son participated in its programs for children with learning differences. Witnessing firsthand the profound impact these programs had on her son’s life, Elaine became deeply committed to the organization’s mission.

With a distinguished career spanning 43 years in the Financial Services sector, Elaine has garnered significant expertise and leadership experience. She spent 17 years working in Germany and served as a Director at Merrill Lynch Banque Suisse in Geneva, Switzerland for 13 years. Her international experience and professional acumen have been invaluable to ASK. Elaine now resides in the United States, where she continues to contribute her skills and dedication to the advancement of ASK’s initiatives for children with special needs.

Charles Firmenich

Chairman

Charles worked for 38 years in the family company in Finance, general management and ultimately as Chairman of the family holding company. His work took him to the USA, Latin America, the UK and finally back to Switzerland. He has 2 children and 4 grandchildren, one of whom motivated him to accept the ASK-All Special Kids Chairman post and gave him the determination to make a difference to the lives of children and young adults with special educational needs.

Anne-Lise Mumenthaler Muller

Anne-Lise has worked as a Project Manager for 20 years in a family-owned staffing company based in Geneva. Her elder son was diagnosed with dyslexia and is currently studying Engineering at the University of Geneva after receiving the support he needed.

Augustine Agyeman-Duah

Treasurer

With two decades of experience in assurance and finance, Augustine has been instrumental in advising governments, international, non-profit, and private sector organizations in over 30 countries on sustainable investment, financial management, business process improvement, and risk management. His expertise spans markets in Africa, Asia, and Europe, where he has led projects, including managing PwC’s largest portfolio in Africa.
Currently, Augustine is with The Global Fund, ensuring effective fund utilization to meet the organization’s objectives. He serves on the boards of global organizations like the Maxim Nyansa Foundation, recognized for its digital transformation in Africa, and ASK – All Special Kids, a support organization for children with learning differences. As a co-founder of the African Professionals Network in Switzerland, Augustine has fostered networking, partnerships, and community engagement among African professionals. He was the President of the African Professionals Network in Switzerland until his tenure ended in January 2024.
A Chartered Accountant, Chartered Forensic Auditor, and University of Oxford MBA graduate, Augustine is driven by his passion for sustainable investment and his commitment to making a positive global impact.
